I am working on a website for a small business that mainly serves customers in the United States. The owner wants the website to sound friendly and natural, but I am not confident that I can get the wording right for every page. I started looking into professional copywriting services in USA, but I am unsure what makes one writing service different from another. Should I look for someone with experience in the same industry, or is general copywriting experience enough? I would appreciate advice from anyone who has hired a writer.
